As of Friday, the three-day Dragon Boat Festival period, June 19-21, has already surpassed 200 million yuan in total box office receipts, with Pixar's latest installment leading the pack. The total box office (including pre-sales) for the 2026 summer movie season has exceeded 1 billion yuan.
