The Chinese Embassy in Canada held a symposium on China-Canada relations this week.  More than fifty experts, scholars, and representatives from various sectors attended the event. Ambassador Wang Di said both countries should uphold mutual respect for each other's strategic independence while seeking common ground and pursuing mutual benefit and win-win outcomes, and working together to improve global governance. Participants also called for more exchanges and cooperation across various fields.
