The US military said on Sunday that two people were killed as it struck a vessel operated by "designated terrorist organizations" in the Caribbean.
"Intelligence confirmed the vessel was transiting along known narco-trafficking routes in the Caribbean and was engaged in narco-trafficking operations," the US Southern Command said, adding that no US military personnel were harmed.
