Chinese envoy warns against rise of 'neo-militarism'

China's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Fu Cong warned that the world must never allow "neo-militarism" to take hold. Speaking at an informal meeting of the General Assembly to mark UN Charter Day on Friday, he called for defending the legacy of World War II, rejecting historical revisionism and upholding the UN-centered international system as global conflicts continue to intensify.
