Statement by the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the 'blatant violation' of the Memorandum of Understanding to End the War by the United States: 'The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran strongly condemns the airstrikes by the terrorist US army on Friday evening, July 26, 1405, on several points on the southern coast of Iran. These brutal attacks, which targeted Iranian coastal surveillance facilities, are a clear violation of Article 2, Paragraph 4, of the United Nations Charter, as well as a clear violation of Paragraph 1 of the Memorandum of Understanding to End the Imposed War dated June 18, 1405. At the same time, Israel, in coordination with the United States, attacked Lebanon, which is a clear violation of Article 1 of the Memorandum of Understanding ending the war.'
