Editor's Note: What enables a large organization to remain resilient, adaptable, and effective over the long term? As societies confront rapid technological change, economic transformation, and rising governance challenges, what institutional capacities matter most? And can long-term planning and continuous innovation go hand in hand? In this second part of the special edition of The Hub "The CPC at 105," Wang Guan brings together Michael Dunford, emeritus professor at the School of Global Studies, University of Sussex; Xia Lu, deputy dean of the School of Marxism Studies at Xinjiang University; Zoon Ahmed Khan, research fellow at the Center for China and Globalization; and Yi Yingnan, research fellow at the Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies, Renmin University of China, to examine the governance experience of the Communist Party of China as it marks its 105th anniversary.
