Russian media: 'Three Russian citizens have been sentenced to terms of between 12 and 25 years for preparing terrorist attacks in the Kostroma, Smolensk, and Tula regions on the orders of Ukrainian special services, the Central Operational Service of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) reported.'
