International search-and-rescue teams pulled a 12-year-old boy alive from the rubble in Macuto, La Guaira, five days after two powerful earthquakes devastated parts of Venezuela. Emergency teams said the boy was rescued by Ecuador's USAR ECU-01 team in coordination with rescuers from the Dominican Republic.
