The wind blows across Cona Lake at 4,600 meters above sea level. This lake, with the Qinghai–Xizang Railway running alongside it, presents a stunning view. The railway advances along "the heavenly road," crossing the vast grasslands. Over the 20 years since the Qinghai–Xizang Railway went into service, Nagqu in Xizang Autonomous Region has been promoting green development while prioritizing ecology. In those pastoral areas, in addition to more convenient transportation, the development of clean energy has continued to expand.
