The Communist Party of China (CPC) should create conditions for young people to grow and succeed, said Xi Jinping, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, on Wednesday.

Xi, also Chinese president and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks at a gathering in Beijing marking the 105th founding anniversary of the CPC.
