Born and raised in Qinghai Province, Huang Hairong has watched the Qinghai-Xizang Railway transform her hometown. Today, as a young NDT technician at Xining Locomotive Depot, she is carrying forward the craftsmanship and dedication of those who came before her – while embracing new technologies to help safeguard the world's highest railway.
