US homeland security chief defends visa denial to Somali World Cup referee

US Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin has defended the decision to deny entry to the US to Somali referee Omar Artan, who was due to officiate at the World Cup. The US official rejected accusations of discrimination and added that US authorities had presented FIFA with the reasons behind every denial.
