On behalf of China, Vice Chairman of the National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee He Wei will attend the funeral of Iran's late Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in Tehran on Friday, the Chinese Foreign Ministry announced on Thursday.
