To cope with the rising temperatures over recent days, Turpan City in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region recently has deployed a mist spray cooling system in urban areas.

The spray cooling equipment can lower temperatures in localized areas by 3 to 8 degrees Celsius, while also humidifying the air and suppressing dust, bringing a refreshing coolness to passersby.
