China celebrated another successful day at the WTT United States Smash on Saturday when Wang Manyu and Kuai Man captured the women's doubles title. Moreover, Sun Yingsha and Wang Yidi advanced to the semifinals of the women's singles in Los Angeles, California.

Top seeds Wang Manyu and Kuai defeated Japan's Hina Hayata and Miwa Harimoto 3-1 in the women's doubles final to lift the trophy. After edging a closely contested opening game 13-11, the Chinese pair dropped the second 4-11 before responding with a 14-12 victory in the third. They sealed the title by taking the fourth game 11-8.

The championship capped an impressive run for Wang Manyu and Kuai, who had reached the final by defeating fellow Chinese compatriots Wang Yidi and Chen Yi in straight games.
