President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah of the Republic of Namibia arrived in Guangzhou on July 5 for her first state visit to China since taking office. As China and Namibia deepen their comprehensive strategic partnership, what do Namibians think of China?

CGTN hit the streets in Windhoek, the capital, to find out. The interviewees praised the Chinese people's strong work ethic, efficiency, technological advancement and commitment to preserving cultural heritage. They also said China has much to offer Namibia and expressed hope for greater cooperation in oil and gas, uranium, infrastructure and other sectors to unlock new opportunities for shared development.
