Overnight, Russia killed at least 11 people — and the number may grow. The previous attack on July 2nd claimed at least 31 civilian lives in Kyiv. We call on the DRC Presidency and the Council’s members to support Ukraine's request. Delayed or weak responses cannot stop the terror.
