The operating revenue of China's major robot enterprises exceeded 90 billion yuan (about $13.24 billion) in the first five months of 2026, up 26.9% year on year, according to data released on Monday at a press conference in Beijing.
The press conference also announced that the 2026 World Robot Conference will be held in Beijing from August 19 to 23.
The data showed that China has been the world's largest industrial robot market for 13 consecutive years, with domestic brands accounting for more than 50% of the domestic market.
