At the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) in Shanghai next week, humanoid robots from a local company will serve as volunteers, guiding visitors and providing information throughout the venue. The company became the world's largest producer of humanoid robots after rolling out its 15,000th unit last month.

The annual World Artificial Intelligence Conference provides a platform for companies to showcase their latest AI innovations. According to a July 7 press conference, more than 3,000 products from over 1,100 companies will be displayed during the four-day event.
