Iranian MOFA: In the early hours of Wednesday morning, July 17, 1405, the US terrorist army committed military aggression against several monitoring and surveillance centers on the southern coast of Iran, in clear violation of Article 2, Paragraph 4 of the United Nations Charter. These aggressive attacks are also a gross violation of Article 1 of the Memorandum of Understanding on the End of the War, which states the cessation of military operations.The repeated illegal attacks against Iran, along with the decision last night by the US Treasury to revoke the license to sell Iranian oil, to which the US government is committed under Article 10 of the Memorandum of Understanding, the violation of Iranian arrangements in the Strait of Hormuz, as well as the continuation of the military aggression and terrorist acts of the Zionist regime against Lebanon, have rendered important and fundamental parts of the Memorandum of Understanding on the End of the War ineffective.
