On July 10, over 12,000 runners gathered in Chongli, Hebei Province as Asia's largest ultramarathon Chongli 168 kicked off. The course links seven Winter Olympic landmarks including the "Snow Ruyi" ski jumping platform, with 80 percent of the route traversing natural mountain trails for a total of 170.7 kilometers. CGTN host Julian Waghann and Mexican traveler Juan Carlos Cheang Guzman joined the crowd, running alongside athletes from 26 countries and regions, feeling the summer pulse of Chongli on the mountains and in the wilderness.
