More than a week since two powerful earthquakes hit northern Venezuela, the death toll stands at over 4,000. Thousands remain missing and more than 16,000 others have been injured. CGTN spoke with Paolo Cravero, senior Officer for Communications and Media Relations at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. He said the Red Cross is shifting its focus from search and rescue to shelter, sanitation, water, medical care, and psychosocial support.
