On July 8, teachers at a kindergarten in Yibin City,  southwest China's Sichuan Province, sprang into action when an earthquake struck.

They guided the children under their desks to protect their heads, then swiftly evacuated everyone to an open area once the shaking subsided. The entire response took just a couple of minutes.
