Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said on July 11 that it had launched missile strikes against US military facilities across the Middle East in response to earlier US attacks on Iran.

The targets reportedly included a US carrier logistics support center and refueling platform at Oman's Duqm Port, Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, and US facilities in Jordan, Kuwait and Bahrain.

The IRGC also said it had targeted a "violating vessel" in the Strait of Hormuz and forced it to stop. The claims have not been independently verified.
