France will also cooperate with us and other partners within the FREYJA anti-ballistic program – our special future strength.Ukraine will be the first to receive the new, enhanced Franco-Italian SAMP/T NG systems. These are effective anti-ballistic systems. France will also provide two SAMP/T complexes to strengthen our defense this year. At the same time, France and Italy will accelerate the delivery of Aster 30 missiles by October of this year.The purchase of the first 16 Rafale aircraft for the Ukrainian air force, along with their armament, will also take place.'
