ICE suspends most vehicle stops after two fatal shootings

The Trump administration has ordered ICE to suspend most vehicle stops following two fatal officer-involved shootings within a week. Protests erupted outside an ICE facility in Scarborough, Maine, following the death of 25-year-old Colombian national Johan Sebastián Durán Guerrero, who was shot by an ICE officer in nearby Biddeford. Separate protests in Houston called for justice for Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, 52, a Mexican national shot dead by ICE officers.
