A promotion event for the fifth volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China was held in Astana on Wednesday, bringing together representatives from political parties, media organizations, think tanks and other sectors.

Askar Umarov, director of the Central Communications Service under the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan, stated that in the past decade, China has achieved remarkable accomplishments in economic development, technological modernization, digitalization and the implementation of long-term national strategic planning. He noted that this experience holds valuable reference and learning value for professionals engaged in the field of state governance. He added that the publication of the fifth volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China will contribute to the development of expert and academic dialogues between China and Kazakhstan, the expansion of knowledge exchange, and the strengthening of professional ties among representatives of government agencies, academia and the media of both countries.
