Typhoon Bavi death toll rises to 26 in Philippines

The death toll from the combined effects of Typhoon Bavi and the enhanced southwest monsoon in the Philippines has risen to 26, while 14 people remain missing, according to the country's National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council on Wednesday.
