Ukraine's Naftogaz: 'Starting early in the morning of July 17th, Russia launched a massive drone attack on one of the natural gas production facilities of the Naftogaz Group in the Kharkiv region. As a result of the shelling, the plant's operations have been suspended. Employees are in shelters. Thanks to the security measures in place, no personnel were injured.'
