Born in Argentina and now based in Spain, Bruno Tombolato, a disciple of the 32nd generation of the Shaolin Temple, first fell in love with Chinese kung fu at the age of eight through Bruce Lee's films. His first trip to Dengfeng Shaolin Temple left a lasting impression, as the local scenery, climate and warmth of the local people reminded him of his childhood hometown.
Years later, he founded a Shaolin Culture Center in Madrid, devoting himself to building a cultural bridge between China and Spain through traditional Chinese martial arts, culture and time-honored values.
For decades, Bruno has witnessed China's rapid development, from upgraded infrastructure to advances in intelligent technology. He believes culture, tourism and technology will become key areas for China-Spain cooperation, and that the wisdom found in Chinese culture can offer inspiration to the wider world.
