This year marks the 105th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of China (CPC). During the "Understanding the CPC" forum hosted by CGTN, Gopal Khanal, a member of Department of Foreign Affairs of Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist–Leninist)(CPN (UML)), analyzed the reasons behind China's achievements in its goal of poverty alleviation. He said the CPC is mission-oriented and takes concrete actions to work for the well being of Chinese people. "I think the CPC has set a model for global governance," he said, noting that China's development model can be learned by other countries.
