Extreme weather doesn't respect borders. Neither do the risks of artificial intelligence. However, global cooperation is showing that the cross-border nature of AI can also be turned into solutions.

At WAIC 2026, world leaders have called for cooperative AI governance to ensure the technology is not a privilege of the few.
