The national finals of the Harbin division of the 28th China Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Competition (CRAIC) open in Harbin in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province. More than 1,300 participants from 501 qualified teams across 276 universities in China's 29 provinces and autonomous regions took part in the event.
