At the invitation of the government of the Republic of Peru, President Xi Jinping's Special Envoy and Minister of Science and Technology Yin Hejun will attend the presidential handover ceremony in Peru's capital Lima from July 27 to 28, a spokesperson for the Chinese Foreign Ministry announced on Friday.
