In a recent interview with American outlet Axios, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang noted that China has the largest population of science and math students in the world, producing more AI researchers than all other countries combined. He emphasized that AI is not a 100-meter dash, adding that "the fact that China is going to be extraordinary at this is a foregone conclusion." He added that the idea of holding back China is ill-conceived and will not materialize.
