China's State Council Information Office (SCIO) on Wednesday held a press conference on the protection and utilization of intellectual property during the 15th Five-Year Plan period (2026-2030).

Rui Wenbiao, deputy head of the China National Intellectual Property Administration, briefed the media at the news conference.
