Former US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says support for the United States is declining across many parts of the world, alongside its standing as a credible leader that other countries want to work with and follow. Citing multiple polls, he says China is viewed as more reliable and trustworthy, while countries such as Germany increasingly see the US as an adversary. He adds that similar trends are emerging across Europe, as well as in South Korea, Japan and elsewhere.
