Russian media: The Russian Armed Forces have struck the "Lviv State Plant "LORTA," which manufactures onboard electronics for missiles and systems for the "Neptune-MD," according to the Ministry of Defense. Additionally, an enterprise in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, involved in the production of ground-based "Flamingo" cruise missiles, was also hit.
