Pure voices of the mountains: Yi children sing 'Dashan' for tourists

During a short break from their intense rehearsals for the Torch Festival, a group of Yi ethnic children gave an impromptu a cappella performance of the folk song "Dashan" (Big Mountain), delighting passing tourists.

Without any instruments or microphones, their pure, clear voices filled the air, carrying the spirit of their mountain homeland and the warmth of their culture. What started as a casual moment turned into a moving cultural exchange, leaving visitors spellbound and reaching for their phones to capture it.
