Multiple people were killed, and at least two others were injured on Saturday in a shooting at an In-N-Out restaurant in Twin Falls, Idaho, authorities said.

The suspected shooter is dead, the Twin Falls police chief said at a news conference.

Police did not immediately disclose the exact number of fatalities or clarify whether the shooter was included in the death toll.

Joshua Palmer, public information coordinator for the city of Twin Falls, told local media earlier that at least three people had been killed and two others were injured in the shooting, which began inside the restaurant before 2:30 p.m. and later spread to the surrounding area.
