Artificial intelligence is becoming part of everyday life for many families in China. The second season of CMG's smart home documentary AI Home Helper recently wrapped up. It followed ordinary families as they used AI technology to make their homes more convenient and comfortable.

During the 30-day makeover, families tried AI-powered solutions to address problems around their homes. Many of the changes started with small frustrations: a wardrobe that was difficult to organize, a room layout that did not work well, or chores that took too much time.

In AI Home Helper, families talked about the problems they faced at home through stand-up comedy segments. The program has generated more than 1 billion views online and sparked discussion on Chinese social media.

The changes featured in the program may seem small, but they reflect a wider trend: AI is gradually moving into ordinary homes, not through dramatic changes, but through everyday moments.
