Zhai Jun, special envoy of the Chinese government on the Middle East issue, said China strongly opposes double standards in counter-terrorism, urging shared responsibility and multilateral cooperation, while showcasing Xinjiang's decades of stability as evidence of effective measures. The forum concluded that united global action remains essential to defeat the shared scourge of terrorism.
