Zelenskyy: Today held a meeting of the National Security Council on the implementation of the defined sustainability plans for regions and communities. Unfortunately, there is a lag in some cities and regions. Personal responsibility to achieve this and implement sustainability plans. The priorities for the winter are now three: strengthening the protection of critical infrastructure, ensuring the right quantity and quality of shelters and bomb shelters, and increasing anti-ballistic capabilities. I am grateful to those officials and representatives of local governments who really care about Ukrainians and their communities.
