A desert ecological restoration project is underway in Ordos, north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. By using willow-branch barriers to stabilize sand and conserve soil and water resources, and applying intelligent agricultural machinery and drone-based aerial seeding, the region is combining traditional practices with modern technology to transform vast stretches of barren desert into vibrant green landscapes.
