Japan's Defense Ministry released its annual defense white paper, "Defense of Japan 2026," which continued to identify China as Japan's "greatest strategic challenge ever." China is committed to peaceful development and a defensive national defense policy, and based on this principle, its military activities that were conducted are just and valid. Not every "threat" grows on its own. Sometimes, all it takes is the "right" lens. When every headline becomes a warning, fear can begin to look like fact.
