To understand how China is contributing to international cooperation and inclusivity, it is important to understand the logic behind the new "new three" becoming a new choice for the global market.

The widespread global recognition of the new "new three" is the result of the synergistic effect of multiple factors. From the perspective of technological development, certain observations come to light.
The rise of the new "new three" is by no means an overnight success, just as "Rome wasn't built in a day." These three fields belong to the category of high-end, precision, and advanced technologies, whose development requires long-term accumulation and systematic advancement across multiple dimensions including policy, industry, and talents.
As evident from publicly available information, China has maintained consistently high-intensity R&D investment in these areas over the past decade, achieving a series of breakthroughs in numerous core and key technologies. The outcomes are clearly evident in the continuous increase of China's share in international patents and the ascension of its capabilities in new-generation AI technologies, represented by AI large models, into the world's first tier.
Behind this achievement lies, first and foremost, long-term strategic support for technological innovation at the national level. Stable policy guidance and sustained funding guarantees provide critical underpinning for emerging industries and frontier technology R&D, serving as a prerequisite for securing a competitive edge in new strategic sectors. We have seen numerous innovative enterprises receive comprehensive support ranging from policy to funding, enabling them to navigate smoothly through the challenging initial phases.
Second is the well-nurtured talent cultivation system. Through long-term planning, China has established a complete talent development chain spanning from higher education to vocational training, capable of efficiently meeting the urgent demand for specialized talent in new technology fields. Meanwhile, mechanisms such as deepening university-industry collaboration, jointly building practice bases, and promoting talent sharing have effectively fostered the deep integration of industry, academia, research, and application, amassing ample talent reserves for emerging industries.

Then, importantly, comes the the robust capability for industrial implementation. Benefiting from China's comprehensive manufacturing system and full industrial chain advantages, the pathway for new technologies from the laboratory to the market is exceptionally smooth.
For instance, the solid foundation in industrial automation provides a "fast track" for the rapid prototyping of robotic products, while the full-chain ecosystem encompassing computing power, algorithms, and applications in the AI field furnishes powerful "brain" support for various intelligent products. Additionally, the vast and dynamic domestic market serves as a valuable proving ground, enabling rapid data collection, product iteration, and optimization within short timeframes, thereby forming a virtuous cycle of "R&D – Application – Feedback – Upgrade." It can be said that the vigorous emergence of the new "new three" is a concentrated manifestation of the systemic advantages accumulated over the long term by China's industries.
Examining from an international perspective, the overseas expansion of China's new "new three" also precisely echoes the genuine needs of the global market.
On the one hand, global industry is in a critical phase of digital transformation, with digital infrastructure construction in particular presenting unprecedented and urgent demands for new unmanned and AI technologies. AI and robotics have become core engines driving the new round of industrial upgrading.
On the other hand, as many countries worldwide are transitioning into aging societies, the demand for new labor substitution solutions and efficient affordable medical solutions is becoming increasingly inelastic. In this context, leveraging technologies like AI to achieve low-cost, high-efficiency R&D, such as in the field of innovative pharmaceuticals, has become a crucial path to overcoming R&D bottlenecks. Therefore, the supply from China's new "new three" strategically aligns with these common global demands.
The vigorous development of this trend is a vivid practice of the important vision regarding open cooperation and inclusive AI development. Looking ahead, one can anticipate seeing more innovative products from China reaching the world, helping more economies participate in the value division of high-end industries, jointly promoting the upgrading of the global value chain toward greater balance and inclusivity, and continuously contributing Chinese wisdom and strength to the building of a more just and equitable new landscape for global scientific and technological governance.
