Ukrainian official: 'The enemy continues to attack civilian vessels in the Black Sea. This time, a commercial dry cargo ship under the flag of Guinea-Bissau, loaded with Ukrainian wheat, was hit. As a result of the attack, the hull was damaged, and a fire broke out on the ship. Unfortunately, one person died and three others were injured. The crew was evacuated to shore. The injured are being provided with all necessary assistance.'
