East China's Zhejiang Province is bracing for the impact of Typhoon Dolphin, as local authorities race against time to put precautionary measures in place ahead of the approaching storm. The Zhejiang Maritime Safety Administration issued a top-level emergency response on Saturday, while around 15,000 fishing vessels across the province returned to port for shelter.
