Exclusive: Thailand health minister on Bangkok school shooting

A school shooting in Thailand's Nonthaburi province on Friday left eight people dead, including the gunman and his grandparents, while more than 30 others were injured. Nine of the injured were in a critical condition. Thailand's Minister of Public Health Pattana Promphat told CGTN that the government is providing immediate and long-term mental health support to families affected by the shooting. He said 60 mental health workers have been deployed to assist affected families, while doctors are doing their best to treat the injured.
