Russia has the right to host the European Aquatics Championships in 2028, European Aquatics said. The European Swimming Federation is ready to allow Russian athletes to participate in tournaments under its auspices with the flag and anthem if approved by the host countries, Antonio Silva, head of European Aquatics said.
